We collect data necessary to provide and improve our gift-sending service. We rely on the legal bases established in the Benin Digital Code, primarily the prior consent of the data subject and the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (i.e., fulfilling a gift order).

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data. We share it only with trusted third parties to the extent necessary to operate the App and fulfill your orders, under strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Logistics & Delivery Partners: We must share the Recipient's Name, Delivery Address, and Phone Number with our trusted delivery partners to fulfill the contract and ensure the gift arrives.
  • Payment Processors: Your payment information is shared directly with secure payment gateways (FedayPay: https://www.fedapay.com) to authorize and process transactions.

  4. Right to Object: The right to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your Personal Data, particularly for direct marketing purposes.
  5. Right to Withdraw Consent: The right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal).
